Kyle is a GIS Technician with expertise in cartography, spatial analysis, web mapping, and GIS automation. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from BCIT, where he won first place at a national hackathon for developing a disaster response solution. With a background in environmental science and geospatial development, Kyle previously interned as a GIS Developer with the City of Surrey, building scalable GIS pipelines and automating web app deployment using ArcGIS Enterprise and Python. At Diamond Head, he leverages his skills in analysis, custom app development, and automation to support data-driven environmental planning and sustainable decision-making.
